Owners Jeff and Kim Derusseau moved to Crested Butte in 1991 after graduating from The University of Kansas. They designed and built their first house in Crested Butte South in 1993. Over the past 25 years they have continued to build custom homes and offer remodeling services with a focus on kitchens and baths.
